Arne Pokrandt holds a Master in Business Psychology and was working for Google as an AdSense Account Manager in Dublin until 07/2009. He was responsible for the key account management of German, Austrian and Swiss Publishers and optimized in hundreds of different projects different types of websites. His unique knowledge about psychology of perception and the AdSense sytems achieved in many cases revenue increases of 100% and even more.Arne leads our consultant team togehter with Chris.

Chris Krischnig holds a Master degree in Business & Administration from Graz University. He worked as Strategic Partnership Manager for AdSense and AdWords in the Google Headquarter in Dublin for more than 3.5 years. His expertise comes from several hundred successful optimisation projects in the verticals Classifieds, Jobs, E-Commerce, News and Communities. Moreover he worked as a Trainer and Coach for new Account Managers where he shared his experience with dozens of Googlers. Further he initiated and was leading several innovation projects inside Google. Chris won several internal Google awards, such as "highest Uplift for Partners-Award", "Platinum Award", "Gold Award", "Account Management Award", and the "EMEA Innovation Award" for his innovation projects.

Hannes Fehr holds a Master in Industrial Engineering and has worked in online publishing for the biggest German publishing houses since 2000. He is responisble for our Sales and Customer Support.
